A calm personal dashboard for countdowns, timers and notes

A companion for the things you're waiting for

You open a URL and a space is already there — no account, no onboarding, no empty state asking you to configure something first. You add a few boxes: a countdown to a trip, days since you started something, a checklist, a note. Then you leave it open on a second monitor, or come back tomorrow, and it is quietly current.

That is the whole idea. A utility solves a problem and you leave; EverBox is meant to hold a piece of your life and be worth returning to. Which means it has to be calm enough to leave on screen, and it has to never demand anything.

Two ways to look at it

Grid view is dense and editable, up close: every box visible at once, drag to reorder, click to edit. It is where you change things.

Ambient view is for across the room: concentric rings for how much of the year, month, day and hour have gone, wrapped around a live clock, with the next three countdowns beneath. Nothing there needs a click. It is where you leave it.

Nine kinds of box

Count Down and Count Up for a date ahead or behind you. All Countdowns for every one of them at once, soonest first. A Calendar that highlights those dates in their tag colours. Checklist for tasks, Text for a note that stays put, Math for an expression you want kept visible and evaluated.

Then two that just show time moving: Year and Month Progress, and a Time Box of rings for seconds, minutes and the day around a live clock.

Tags cut across all of them. Up to eight per box, each colour derived from the name so the same tag is always the same colour without anyone choosing one.

Free, and what Pro adds

Free gives you one space and six boxes, with every box type available and nothing greyed out or watermarked. It syncs to the cloud from the first second, and you can share a box or a whole space read-only. No sign-up — an email address is optional, and only used for recovery and for opening the same space on a second device.

Pro lifts the box and space limits, unlocks every theme, adds passwords on a space, and lets you save someone else's shared box into your own.

Make it yours

Every space can wear a different colour scheme — browse the themes, or just start adding boxes above.
