EverBox.Space ("EverBox", "we", "us") is a personal dashboard where you create boxes — countdowns, timers, notes, and more — organized into spaces. By using EverBox you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You can use EverBox anonymously or with an email account. One account per person, please. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Free: A free tier is available with limited features. Cloud-synced once you add an email.
Pro: A paid Pro plan is available with expanded features, billed annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can manage billing any time from your account settings.
All sales are final. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds.
You own everything you put into EverBox. We don't claim rights over your content and we don't sell your data. We store it only to provide the service.
Spaces that haven't been accessed for 2 years are automatically and permanently deleted. To keep a space, just open it at least once every two years. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.
Don't use EverBox to store illegal content, access other users' spaces, abuse the service, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
EverBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
